Save Those Fabric Scraps

Don't know what to do with those little scraps left over from your sewing projects? Do you usually throw them away? Recycle them! You can cut out rectangles to use as sew-on noses for your raggedies, or to make little pockets on their dresses. Better yet, cut up the leftover pieces and store them in a plastic ziploc bag. When my 6 year old granddaughter begs to help me - I let her cut up the strips any way she wants - and add them to the bag. These will be great to use for stuffing dolls instead of using polyester filling.
