In April 2007, I experimented using my rubberstamps and coloring with Primsmacolor Colored Pencils on muslin. This photograph is my finished result. I stamped the Anna Griffith image using Stewart Superior's Black India ink and simply colored in the fabric using the Prismacolor pencils of my choice. A tip: use masking tape to tape the fabric to a solid item, I used my tabletop! This prevents the muslin from slipping and sliding around as you color the image. This piece of muslin has been ironed by using the cotton setting of my iron and by covering using a scrap piece of muslin. I've also handwashed it, allowed it to dry, and re-ironed it without any bleeding or loss of color. Enjoy!

Very nice! Have you tried ironing freezer paper to the back of the fabric to stabilize it first before drawing on it?
