mrsbizemom Registered: June 2007 Posts: 5	Made for an ornament swap. I made up a little poem about how one shouldn't play in the snow on top of a hill cuz look what happens...you fall, and turn into a snowball I covered a styrofoam ball with celluclay. After it dried, I sewed the appendages (made from vintage long pile velvet) in place, and then covered the entire ball with snowtex. I think the total size was 4" or there abouts.

I just found your post, and started drooling immediately when I saw the vintage long pile bear fabric! I still have fantasies about coming across loads and loads of the stuff at someone's yard sale! I used to be very into miniature bear-making and really miss it. It's so sad that bears-making has nearly stopped. You did a beautiful job on your snowball!!!! He has a perfect little face!! I'm so glad I found this!
