Sign-ups Open until: June 15th
Due date: July 20th - items are due at my home no later than this date!
Turn Around Date: July 24th at the latest. (I'll ship them out earlier if everyone gets their packages to me sooner. )

*All new forum members are also welcome to participate in this swap!!

ATC's or Artist Trading Cards are simply miniature works of art that measure 2.5" x 3.5". They're a fun way to collect a little bitty from the artists or friends you love! I personally have never made one, so please feel free to sign up even if you have never made them before! It doesn't matter what style or type of craft/art you do - just create a 2.5x3.5 semi flat peice of art in your style! They can be paintings, stitcheries, altered art, quilted, etc.. use any type of medium you feel comfortable with. Then don't forget to sign the back with your name and business if you have one.

Each participant will create one ATC for each participant - they can be the same or all different. All ATC's will be mailed to me, then I will swap them out and mail you back one from each participant.

I will keep sign ups open until June 15th. At that time I will let you know how many participants have signed up, and we will know how many to make.

Due date is July 20th. Items should arrive at my house no later than this date! (I will PM you my address once we have a final number of participants). If you feel you may be late, please contact me asap. With your package, please include a note with your name, forum name, and address; also include $5.00 cash or money order for the return trip of your items (or you can paypal the funds to me). I'll ship the finished swap back by priority no later than July 24th. Anyone outside of the US is free to enter, but please note that you'll have to send exact shipping charges for the return trip.

Note: there are no rules about revealing your items to be swaped. You can show them off when you're finished; or keep it a secret... your choice!

I've been watching a lot of videos on collage painting on youtube; I can't wait to give some of the ideas a try!! ;0) I've been wanting to try my hand at collage for years now...

Has anyone started on their ATC's yet? About two more weeks to go! I haven't started mine yet, but I think I'll bring that project to my art league meeting this tuesday. I can't wait to start on them!

I finally finished working on my large project (my elephant collage) so I was able to get a chance to start working on my atc's last night. Man, for such a small canvas, its still very intimidating! lol
