Greetings from Create a Prim! This past month I've been working on different ways to make our shipments go out faster. Some items, such as the brown safety pins and bells, were being repackaged in smaller quantities than what the manufacturer sends to us. So one of the things I have been working on to speed up delivery time is eliminating the need to repackage these products. With this change, you may notice some price changes; but, be rest assured, none of our prices have been raised, they only have been adjusted according to the quantity change. In some cases, the prices have even dropped!

I have also put up a shipping schedule. I will be shipping USA orders out every Tuesday and Friday morning (unless affected by a holiday or emergency). All orders placed by 6pm the previous day will go out on the next morning ship. For example, an order placed 5pm Monday will go out Tuesday morning; but an order placed 8pm Monday will go out Friday morning. With this schedule, you will know exactly when your order will ship and when to expect it. (All orders with paid shipping are shipped by priority mail which takes 2-3 days.)

I know how important it is to get your order as quickly as possible, especially around the holidays. With these changes and others, I have been able to get about 95% of orders shipped out within 1-3 business days, with the majority going out in only two days! But, please remember that we are a small family business (most of the time a one woman business!), so things do happen occasionally to create delays.

Greetings from Create a Prim! We have two new designer this month: Mary Jo Elliott of Fine Country Living Primitives and Denise Bailey of KKL Primitives. They both have some wonderful new patterns to offer, so be sure to take a peek!

We've added a new category to our shopping center this month called "Dried Goods & Naturals". We'll be adding new items to this category weekly such as dried Sweet Annie, Orange Slices, and more; so keep checking back. We've still been busy searching out other new products to add to our website; if you have any suggestions on what you'd like us to carry, please send us an email.

Our School House is jammed packed with free tutorials, tips & tricks, articles, and more; but we want to add more! If you know any tricks, or know how to do a craft that hasn't been posted; please send us a tutorial, simple tip, or trick to add to the website! Greetings from Create a Prim! Since our move, we are finally back in full swing. Over the next couple months, we'll be adding even more great craft supplies and patterns, plus a few new features to the School House!

I'd also like to announce that we are off to a great start this year with well over 7000 unique visitors per month! I hope that some of you join us to help build this site up with tons of imformation, photos, and freebies to share. If you enjoy reading through our free tutorials, searching through hundreds of craft photos, and more; please take a moment to contribute some of your own material, share us with a friend, or even link to us. :0)

Greetings from Create a Prim! As you may have noticed, we weren't able to publish a January newsletter. Our new workspace was finally finished, so we were busy setting up and installing all of our software onto the new computer. You may also have noticed that we are running low on some of our products. During our move and transition we weren't able to order more products. Now that we're back up and running; we will be working hard to restock our shelves. We also have some exciting new features and products that we'll be slowly adding to the website, so keep checking back!
